To be happy mental satisfaction is must. But many of
us are not OK in this issue due to lot of work pressure. Here are some tips to
keep your mind fresh as well as to lead a happy and prosperous life. These tips
are also necessary even if you are not working or if you do not have any
stress.

If you cannot sleep well, your brain will not work
properly as well as the whole body. Then how will you work or plan something?
You may suffer from poor sleep due to lot of stress, taking work at home,
computer, phone etc. To cope up with these entire problems you must finish your
work timely; avoid using computer or phone at least 30 minutes before going to
bed. Make sure your room is clean enough, read some books and take some rest
you will enjoy a sound sleep definitely.

Eat properly
You must maintain balanced diet, sometimes you may
eat what you like. Foods are like fuel of our body which gives us energy. If
you do not eat regularly you cannot work properly even you may get sick. You
should care vitamins and nutrients; you should care about your weight also.

Take some break
Success depends on your work but not be like a
machine, try to complete your task smartly. While working take at least 5
minutes break in every two hours that will increase your creativity. During
lunch time you may talk will colleagues (but try to avoid jealous people), I
promise your mind will be fresh again.

Do some exercises everyday that will improve your
mental and physical health. You may arrange some small tours on weekend, do not
forget about your family life. Keep some
hobbies like reading, gardening, fishing, swimming etc to make your life
happier.
