Some Amazing Hair Care Tips


Now day hair breakage and hair falls are very common to everyone. Here are some basic tips (very easy to practice) those will improve your hair strength and make your hair shiny.

Washing
Normally shampoo is used for hair cleaning; but shampoo strips your hair of its natural oils and leaves it dry. To prevent that damage mixed shampoo with half a mug of water and then use that on your hair. Use some coconut oil or olive oil onto your hair and scalp an hour before getting into the shower. Avoid using hot water, hot water may damage and dehydrating your hair, so always use cool water to wash your hair. Message your scalp and hair with your fingers in small to prevent excessive tangling while shampooing it. Use conditioner only from the mid-length to the ends of your hair and wash it off after 2 minutes. Some people wash hair everyday that may dehydrate and damage hair and make more prone to hair fall.  So, please do not wash hair every day.
Drying
Terrycloth towel may tangle and frizz your hair, use microfiber towel. The blow drying also damage hair, so let it air-dries.
Brushing Hair

Some detangles hair from roots to end, that leads to breakage. While brushing, start a few inches above the ends and slowly working your way up to the scalp.
Styling
Heat styling tools damage hair seriously, so it is better to avoid heat tools. Apply a heat protecting to safe your hair from untold damage.
Covering
The ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun strip natural hair oils and damage it. Use sunscreen or you may wear hat or scarf to protect your hair from sun. Try to tie up your hair before going outside, but keep in mind don not tie wet hair.
Natural remedies
Shampoo, conditioner etc are chemical products that may have some effects to hair and scalp. It’s good to use some natural home remedies such as henna, yogurts, egg, avocado etc at least twice in a month. The nature’s love makes hair stronger, shiner and improves the growth as well.
Balanced Diet
Hair care also depends on food that you have. Some foods such as egg, citrus fruits, nuts, green vegetables, carrots, whole grains etc are good for hair health.
Hair care at night
Everyone forgets about taking some precaution to reduce hair damage before going to bed. Tie your hair loosely before sleeping and you may use silk scarf or pillowcase to protect from breakage.
