Before night take a look about the organization, what they do, and their business. Suppose the organization is about real-estate, and then be aware of about the price of one flat, location, materials etc. If you know someone who works on that company you may discussed with that person. You may also check their website, social media pages to learn about the company and my opinion is you should check.

The employers are not familiar with you, so how can they hire you! Obviously, they will select you by your answers (performance) on their questions and the questions are mostly related to the job responsibility for the specific post. So, in my perception you should read the circular carefully, there remains the employers requirements.

Bring a standard format of your CV in hard copy; don’t make it so descriptive or colorful. Just make your CV simple but it must be elegant. Please add a formal passport size photo of you with the CV. If you are submitting hard copy then you should signature with date on that.

It is good to wear formal dress for interview, and the formal dress color like black, white, gray, blue for male and light blue, olive green, light pink, black-white etc for female will give you extra benefits.
